Meet Carol
Carol Strain-Burk is a member of the Lancaster City Council, representing District 1.
As a lifetime resident of Lancaster who has served on the City Council for 17 years and (with your vote!) counting, she is proud to be part of the Lancaster community. Her dedication to preserving, promoting, and growing our city is evident in her background, as well as her vision for Lancaster.
